Text-book evaluation has been an emerging field of study in Applied Linguistics and Curriculum Studies in the recent years. The authors of the present book subscribe to the idea that text-book evaluation studies can accrue geometrically- multiplied benefits to L2 pedagogy as a scientific and pragmatic-oriented field of inquiry for a multitude of reasons.
