Collaboration among professionals can play a significant role in promotion of inclusion. All children, regardless to their needs, have right to be educated. The outcome depends on engagement in constructive and critical learning to meet the needs of diverse pupils in an inclusive school culture. The book reveals the qualitative study findings in regard to collaborative approach among school professionals as a way for the improvement of inclusive education in primary school in the Czech Republic. Moreover, the role of the school leaders can influence the school culture, professional development, as well the inclusive practices in their schools.

Natasa Jorgic is a Professor of English Language & Literature/SEN & Inclusion Professional based in Berlin, Germany. She works on promotion of inclusive education and children support regardless of their needs and background. She researches on topic of inclusion from theoretical and policy perspective to the implications in practice.
