Beschreibung
Within the BMBF-funded initiative ASCOT+, in which technology-based teaching/learning and testing instruments for vocational education and training are to be developed and transferred into practice, the question arose as to which conditions must be met to ensure a successful transfer. The aim of this paper was to develop a framework that promotes a shared understanding of what constitutes transfer among the participants in the initiative and to define common requirements for the transfer results. This framework is intended to enable a targeted monitoring and evaluation of the initiative's transfer activities and results. This paper describes the development of this framework and discusses its potential applicability beyond the scope of ASCOT+.
