The work is dedicated to the development of mathematical modeling based on variational methods. How to solve dynamic problems of elastic and viscoelastic plates and shells systems with point links and concentrated masses. Available methods for the calculation of the dynamic behavior of elastic rectangular plates and shells of revolution with point contacts oriented, tend to the solution of specific problems.

Safarov Ismoil Ibrahimovich 10.08.54 year of birth. He works in Bukhara Engineering Institute of Technology as Professor. He has published more than 200 articles and 10 monographs. He is an expert in the field of mechanics of a deformable solid body.
