Beschreibung
Published in 1925, the book presents the main features of the Bauhaus stage concept. Oskar Schlemmer had a formative influence on it: After Schlemmer had assumed the stage section in 1923, he brought the Bauhaus stage together with the expressionist theatre. In the same year, László Moholy-Nagy, who was interested in abstract kinetic and luminist designs, was appointed to the Bauhaus. Farkas Molnár mainly engaged himself with stage architecture.
