Beschreibung
Reducing energy consumption in Germany's housing stock is a key task for the coming years. This requires cost-effective and material-saving solutions. The approach follows the principles of simple construction, i.e., the use of technology is kept to a minimum. Based on an analysis of three housing estates in Munich, we explain how the goal of reducing CO2 emissions can be achieved without increasing the rent including heating costs.
