Dr. Ilker Keçetep was born on 30th December as son of Nesrin & Nejat Keçetep, achieved his BA from Hacettepe University in English Translation&Interpreting, MA from University of Kassel/ Germany in the field of Higher Education Research and Development and PhD from Hacettepe University in the field of Atatürk's Principles & Modern History of Turkey.
