Dr. Ilker Keçetep was born on December 30th as the only son of Nesrin & Nejat Keçetep, achieved Bachelor degree from Hacettepe University in Translation&Interpretation, Master's degree from Kassel University/Germany in Higher Education Research and Development and Ph.D from Hacettepe University in Atatürk's Principles and History of Modern Turkey.
