Psychoanalysis is inserted in this 21st century in a scenario totally fertile by the diversity of identification and by the ways of resonance and multiple relations of collectivity, both with regard to the dynamic phenomena of globalization and the current dissonants and proposals for the constitution of subjects, history, symbolic and an imaginary that has rescued memorable from a restored concatenation of the primeval order. Its function is to make possible a proposal that reaches the observation, diagnosis and intervention and the primary care of the subject that is subjective. In this orientation, it is the work of the analyst to understand the constitutive process of the semiology of disorders and other psychopathological signs and symptoms, and also how this whole organized set is physiologically perceived. The contribution of this research is in the psychopathological action related to the foundations of dynamic, descriptive, existential, sociocultural, biological, operational-pragmatic, medical, categorical, behavioral, dimensional, fundamental, and psychoanalytical analysis, and, in the light of nosology, nosography and their respective objects of study, to erupt the subject touched by the symbolic and pinched by history.
