Chaganti Nagaraja Rao, Ph.D. served as Municipal Commissioner in Andhra Pradesh. Presently working as Senior Faculty in Dr.MCRHRD Institute, Hyderabad.Published four books which include his doctoral thesis Urban Governance in India. Published about 45 articles and 30 short stories in English in various leading English periodicals.
