Many new products are launched in the market in order to serve people''s needs and change their way of living rapidly. However, people do not easily adopt all new products or services which are suitable for their necessities in a short time. Therefore, the researcher wants to understand the perception of people about the innovative product such as personal digital assistant (PDA)
