In this manuscript is described in detail the banking efficiency in Kosovo through theoretical arguments in the field of banking system in Kosovo, such as: overall banking efficiency, structure of the banking sector, the efficiency of foreign banks to domestic banks in Kosovo and inefficiencies of the banking sector. Then, is analyzed the efficiency and performance of the banking system during the period 2008 - 2010 through DEA Analysis
