In Romanian version of this book the researcher''s team of West University of Timisoara presents their result the frame of the project Studies on the SMEs Sector''s Competitiveness Role on the Regional and Local Sustainable Development through Economic and Financial Policies (Stud_Comp_IMM), financed by Romanian Ministry of Education, Research and Youth, 2008-2011, cod project 4141/92121/2008. The English and French version of book was realized by researchers from Danubius University of Galati.
