Beschreibung
The main objective of this work is to be an auxiliary in the study of legal interpretation, since it is very important and important to take into account all the elements of this account in order to understand the Law in the best way today. The knowledge of techniques, theories and models of legal interpretation becomes increasingly necessary, given the more creative than mechanical role of the applicators of law. Therefore, raising the level in the practice of legal hermeneutics, through the adequate training of future professionals of the subject, is one of the factors to improve the level of rationality, objectivity and social commitment of the delivery of justice.
