Nature explained the long term stability of world depends on the well-organized use of biological resources in close circuits. Due to the increase in growing rate of population and the prices of energy increased very rapidly show that long-term approaches means its an economic benefit not only just a topic of ecological research. To forget all the ideological claims, and understand our economic necessities. To full fill all these necessities a paramagnetic approach for a realistic synthesis is the research on by-product of industrial process and agricultural wastes. Conversion of industrial by products and agricultural biomass into value added product is beneficial for us like decrease of waste biomass and the economic calculation become more attractive. The most important benefit for us, the use of agricultural bio-waste into value added products is that its saves our environment from different kinds of pollution (Mussatto and Teixeira 2010). About last some years the most important discussion arises a new fight in food industries due to the energetic use of raw material. Instead of any ethical concern it should be most comprehensible way according to economic benefits.
