Beschreibung
Afghanistan is an Islamic country located in the heart of Asia. It is a landlocked country. Mostly the country is surrounded by mountains and hills. People live in urban, rural and as well as in the remote area. It has an area of 652,846 km2. Afghanistan is the world's 41stlargest country (before France and after Burma). Despite Afghanistan has mainly a dry, continental climate. The amplitude of temperature between day and night is very large. Summer temperatures can rise as high as 49° C (120° F), while the midwinter temperatures touch as low as 9° C (15° F).
