Bacteria are small units that makes a lot of noise. They have undergone evolution that has lead to there wide spread in different habitats as a result they have adversely lead to drugs resistance. Understanding the nature and how bacteria acquire resistance is key to each individual existing in there world. The book therefore talks about bacterial counts and antibiotic susceptibility patterns of pathogenic bacteria. We considered where failings occur the scope for improving milk safety and quality.
