The Bring your own device (BYOD) is new trend or new strategy in every IT industry provides the IT department to allow users to access companys data through the device of their own choice by maintaining the security policies and regulations of the company. So, this research work will discuss about by adoption to Bring Your Own Device strategy by both organisation and employees, which this research will show that by using Qualitative research methodology to identify a major benefits and risk factors over BYOD strategy for business and employees with identify what kind of pressure used to arise on IT department through BYOD. In addition, find out what are the factors used to be consider before adopting to BYOD policy by both organisation and employees and identify why Cloud computing service have been used in BYOD in terms of security concern.
