The direct investment of foreign countries in China is a mutual profit gained from International Trade between both countries. Due to increasing growth step by step of trad-plus of China, the American investment projects in China have been being decreased, but in other way, US-direct investment in China is greater than the other countries. Since 2011, the mutual opposite direct investment in China ans European Community Countries have reached the amount of $63.4 USD hundred billions. The European Union members directly invest in China in the field of manufacture, production, services and risk-investment.
