Based on the new trends of economic history and the history of economic thought, the book shows the intensification and expansion of the globalization, integration and regionalization of world states under the impact of major factors influence: advancing science and information and communication technology contemporary, liberalization of financial market, of goods and services and labor. We propose an optimistic outlook on the assessment and conduct crisis. This concept must be taught and studied hard in school, a new educational model. Future development depends on the quality education that encourages innovation and employment thus contributing to economic growth. Cooperation in this key area is also an investment in the development of joint cross-fertilization of ideas and a better mutual understanding.
