Recently, Higher Educational Institutions (such as AkU) have been working in close relationships with industrial sectors and offices to know the current business trends and to supply them with the expected manpower demanded. In this context, Aksum University has designed its curriculum based on the demands of the market place, emphasizing the importance of a well trained work force. Aksum University is one among the newly established 13 Universities in the country. This year AkU will graduate the fifth batch of Tourism and Hotel Management (College of Business and Management)students. The University, having been ranked first among all the 13 new ones, would like to further improve its performance in the near future with regards to the quality of its education.
