He gained his PhD at the University of Iowa, USA. DIANE L. SWANSON is Professor of Management and the von Waaden Professor of Business Administration at Kansas State University, USA. Recognized in several Who's Who bibliographical indices, she is an Associate Editor for the Encyclopedia of Business Ethics and Society, serves on the editorial boards of the Academy of Management Review and Business Ethics Quarterly, and has published extensively in other leading journals. She gained her PhD at the University of Pittsburgh, USA.
