Svenja Hofert is managing director of the career consulting company Karriere & Entwicklung and of Teamworks GTQ Gesellschaft für Teamentwicklung und Qualifizierung mbH. She is an entrepreneur, management coach, speaker and blogger. Since 1998 she has published more than 30 non-fiction books. She developed career tools such as the Worklifestyle and the StärkenNavigator.
