Robert S. Fleming is Professor of Management and former Dean in the Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University (Glassboro, NJ, USA). The focus of his teaching, research, and consulting is on strategic management and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Dr. Fleming is a nationally recognized authority on crisis management, fire and emergency service administration, and business topics and is frequently called upon by print, radio, and television media sources.
