The notion of project success is vague. There is no common agreement of what success mean in inter-organizational projects. The ambiguity further stretches to what success factors are and what competences are required for a successful project manager in inter-organizational projects. This book, therefore, addresses these three aspects of inter-organizational projects basing from project managers perspective.
