Beschreibung
This project was formulated on the basis to focus on the time required for performing jobs on frame assembly shop of Atlas Honda Pakistan limited (Karachi Plant) by developing a rating factor for each assembly station at the assembly plant and also Reducing of assembly line balance delay by re-balancing of the assembly line. Hence, finally Improving overall productivity through assessment of various human factors at the workplace.

Ali Akbar is currently serving as Lecturer in Industrial Engineering and Management department at the Dawood University of Engineering & Technology Karachi, Pakistan.Presently, he is pursuing his MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) Malaysia.
