The ancient Indian literature is full of wisdom and knowledge. The Indian Learned Men and Dharma Gurus had served this knowledge for the development of mankind. The principles given by them are applicable in all the wakes of life. The principles taught by them are relevant in the present age also. The principles given by them are widely applicable in the field of management also.Out of several books of literature, Panchtantra is widely recognized as a book of moral stories for the children, but in reality, the stories were told by the Pandit Visnu Sharma to the princes in order to make them learn Nitishastra. These stories have included animals and birds as the main characters of the stories. These stories involve great principles of management.In this book, we have attempted to apply these stories to the management philosophy. We hope that these stories will prove to be more helpful in understanding and learning the management principles.
