Nada KRYPA TAPIJA is a Lecturer of Management and Human Resources Management from 1997 at the Economic Faculty in "A.Xhuvani" University of Elbasan, Albania. She has earned PhD at the University of Tirana on April 2012. Her interest areas are management and human resources management.
