Human resources management has always been an interesting and intriguing case for researchers. Although there exist hundreds and even thousands studies on human resources, it still presents unexplored opportunities for academics and practitioners. Being conscious of these opportunities, the author has explored an original topic. The main objective of this research is to identify the pattern in which the function of HRM is implemented.This study combines knowledge from different fields, a task that the researcher has managed to fulfill very successfully. The writing style flows seamlessly, is interesting and encourages a careful reading of this study. Generally, this research is strongly grounded in existing theory. The author has utilized numerous sources like books, articles, dissertations, proceedings and other publications that have shaped the field of Human resources, strategic management, as well as latest studies that reflect recent developments in respective domains.

Nada KRYPA TAPIJA is a Lecturer of Management and Human Resources Management from 1997 at the Economic Faculty in "A.Xhuvani" University of Elbasan, Albania. She has earned PhD at the University of Tirana on April 2012. Her interest areas are management and human resources management.
