DR. Dionisio S. Reyes from Meycauayan city Bulacan Philippines, is a product of Philippine School System. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Master of Arts in Education at De la Salle Araneta University with honor (Benemiritus). He also finished his Doctor in Public Administration at the University of Caloocan City.
