Olha Bardadym gained Master Degree inInternational Economics in 2007 in KhNUE beforeobtaining MS in Business Intelligence and Statistics atUniversité Lumière Lyon 2 in 2009. She started herresearch on innovators' creativity motivation in 2008in Technopark of Institute for Single Crystals of NASof Ukraine. In 2012 was awarded a PhD in KhNUE.
