This book discusses the influence of design errors on the duration of projects. The findings indicate that the selected predictor variable (project design errors,) account for 52.3% of the variation in the project time run. This book therefore comes in handy to mitigate against the huge risk of project time overrun and the related cost at the design stage. It is recommended for all project managers, contractors and client organizations.
