The specified model included two hypotheses concerning intra and inter-dimensional inflicted by the alleged correlations between affinity, commitment, optimism, achievement, austerity, positivity, altruism and cooperation. Under the studies of welfare have not addressed the influence of the media in establishing an agenda supply and water rates, it is necessary to include the variable hyperopia, need for information and helplessness in a comprehensive model that explains scenarios public policies, conflict and welfare.
