Elena-Madalina Vatamanescu is Full Professor at the Faculty of Management at the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration, Bucharest, Romania. She is Head of the Department for Management and Director of the Centre for Research in Management. Gandolfo Dominici is Associate Professor of Business Management at the Department of Economics, Business and Statistical Sciences, Polytechnic School of the University of Palermo, Italy. He serves as Scientific Director for the Business Systems Laboratory (Italy).
