In Educational Education Organizations, conflict can take many forms and can stem from several sources. The effective manager must understand the nature of conflict that is beneficial to the enterprise and conflict that is not. He/she must deal with conflict in ways that promote both individual and Educational Education Organizational goals. The management of conflict is essential prerequisite to sound management of human relations.In an Educational Education Organization, conflicts can occur on several levels- on an intrapersonal level, in which an individuals own goals, values and perceptions are incompatible. Individuals also experience conflict with one another - interpersonal conflict. Finally, conflicts arise among groups - inter group conflict.
