FIONA WESTWOOD worked as a solicitor for twenty years before setting up Westwood Associates in 1994, a management and training consultancy specializing in strategic development for professional service. She writes regularly for business and professional publications, including The Journal of the Law Society of Scotland and the English Law Society Managing for Success.
