Author has investigated through literature studies, conducting hundreds empirical tests to convince robust model, and come to conclude if logistics costs model presented in this book is quite confidence. The projects as source of data are cement projects in Indonesia within period of 2010-2018. The cement projects have characteristic as heavy projects in terms of scale and scope. It require at least 210,000 tons of materials, require 4 years to complete each of project, involving of 15,000 labors, with total funding at least Rp 4.5 trillion. This book is also equipping knowledge in scientific and empirical for reader(s) to be a great senior manager of logistics. Having footprint how to handle logistics of heavy projects well in order in precisely time and budgets. All have done not only in theoretical frameworks but also have applied in industries. Author obtained PhD in economics, MBA in strategic management, and Bachelor in electrical engineering.
