JAYA PRAKASH PRADHAN Associate Professor at Sardar Patel Institute of Economic& Social Research (SPIESR), Ahmedabad, India. AYESHA CHATTERJEE is a J.D. candidate at Columbia Law School, where she is a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a Public Affairs Editor for the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. She previously worked as a financial analyst in securitization at Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Huntsman Program for International Studies and Business, through which she received a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Business & Public Policy from the Wharton School and a B.A. in International Studies. BRIAN HARLEY is an LL.M. candidate at Columbia Law School, and a graduate of the London School of Economics (LL.B.) and Sussex University (M.A.). He has worked as a lawyer on investment-related matters with Mason Hayes+Curran in Dublin, Ireland, and King & Wood P.R.C. Laywers in Beijing, China.
