OLIVER BORCHERT is a PhD candidate at the University of Strathclyde, UK TREVOR BUCK is Professor of International Business at Loughborough University Business School, U.K., specialising in transition economies (especially China) and international corporate governance, particularly executive pay. YI-YING CHANG (PhD) is Lecturer in Management, Dundee Business School, University of Abertay Dundee, UK.
