The current socio-economic situation, the development of market relations, and the improvement of technologies require changes in all areas of public life, including the activities of the enterprise. Obviously, the inhibition of the development of enterprises, a low indicator of the effectiveness of their activities, and poor economic security can only be successfully overcome by improving the management system based on scientific principles, new methods and improving the professionalism of managers, improving their skills, and modifying management approaches. One of the opportunities to improve the efficiency of enterprise management and ensuring economic security is the introduction of innovations in administration. The implementation process is quite complicated, since not everyone is ready to accept the changes; it includes step-by-step updating and improvement of management methods, methods and technologies, which will ultimately affect the quality of the entire enterprise.
