This book explored the nexus between health outcome and human poverty existing in rural communities of Nasarawa State, Nigeria. The book explained the correlational relationship between the health and poverty related variables that impede the rural community members who are mostly farmers to perform optimally as such affects their productivity and the economy at large. This piece is recommended for similar researchers to dwell on areas not covered.

Abdul-Razaq Rilwan ITARI is a lecturer in the Dept. of Economics & Devt. Studies, Federal University Dutse, Jigawa State, Nigeria. He attended Nasarawa State University Keffi, Nasarawa State, Nigeria for B.Sc. & M.Sc. degrees in Economics in 2010 & 2018. He is currently a PhD research fellow at Bauchi State University, Gadau Bauchi State, Nigeria.
