Business processes are a basis of any economic system irrespective of the fact which party of financial and productive activity is considered and investigated. The priority of such state development factors as human and financial resources is determined in the modern system of world economy and globalization of information, investment and innovative flows. These factors have close and searching interdependence because they create social and economic policy of a country.
