Dr. Parashram Jakappa Patil is the young social scientist. He is an all India Topper in Dr. S.Radhakrishana Post Doctorate Fellowship. He is founder and President of The Institute for Natural Resources, Kolhapur (INR). He is working as independent scientist. His area of research interest are natural resources accounting, financial management.
