Beschreibung
This 20 000 words study has three overarching objectives. First of all, the first aim of our study is to draw attention to the contemporary women entrepreneurs identity. Then, the second objective is to give prominence to the use of social networks within the current entrepreneurial field. Last but not least, the third objective is to access the contributions of social networks for women entrepreneurs empowerment and to consider a new and more dynamic entrepreneurial identity that embraces feminine traits. This study approaches these goals from the standpoint of feminist perspectives, seeking to challenge the gendered institutional norms framing entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial behaviours and discourses.
