Scholar Work, is a combination of 02 research article and 02 case study, especially written in the context of Pakistan. Major focus of this book is on emotional labor and banking sector of Pakistan. Emotional labor is a process in which one suppresses their real feeling/ emotions and display the feeling/ emotions as required by their job, many times this process result in burnout. In this book, initially different emotional labor techniques are identified which are widely use by the bankers of Pakistan. Later it is explain that how different factors affect employee job satisfaction and retention and finally emotional labor and brand management is explain with one case study.
