Beschreibung
Given its widespread adoption, mobile technology has become a phenomenon in the workplace. An understanding of these shared perceptions may assist leaders tasked with managing mobile technology to better align management perceptions with implementation and technology oversight. Qualitative interviews with leaders who have been tasked with managing the decisions made regarding mobile technology in their respective organizations were conducted to collect expansive data regarding perceptions of mobile technology. Qualitative research analysis was conducted to better understand this issue, to bridge gaps in the current research and form meaningful shared concepts regarding leadership perceptions.

Dr. Kristin Wood obtained her PhD in Organizational Leadership, while serving as the Global Head of HR & Talent Development for a hedge fund. She is a member of a number of industry and women's leadership groups. She loves to travel, see live music, dance, ski and scuba dive. Kristin is happily married and a proud mama of two boys & three dogs.
