Our purpose in doing this research is to highlight the importance of ethics in the business world. Our work is divided into three chapters. In the first one, we introduce ethics in theory then in business. The next chapter well deals with ethical behaviours regulating the relationship between the company and its stakeholders addressing unethical ones. In the last chapter we discuss the compromise between ethics and profits.
