Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is accepted as an effective business development tool but there is small focus on the evaluation of such a system. ERP post-implementation evaluation is not clearly examined in the existing literature in an organisational setting. In my research I applied a single case study to demonstrate my findings by using a real life company example with personal experience. This study examines whether organisations should evaluate the implemented system and why. I hope you will find my work interesting and by the end of reading it you also draw the conclusion that ERP post-implementation evaluation plays an important role in the success of any business, so the topic is recommended for more in-depth research.

Hungarian born Anna Zottl studied in Ireland where she fell into the business studies. Subsequently gaining work experience accrosss various functions such as manufacturing, sales, purchasing, finance,where she was involved in process improvement, new system implementation and testing. Anna holds a B.Ec and a BBS and she is a part-qualified ACCA.
