During the first three years of my study I followed a lot of courses about international business. I always found change management and the psychology behind it one of the most interesting subjects. This is the main reason why I chose to write my book about change management. I was writing this book as an intern at a global PR agency. This document will also look at the most effective ways to reduce this resistance.
