In this book, the authors try to explain the concept of human talent with the help of some equations and models, which were not generated by anyone previously. Here they also try to explain that human talent is not resourcing: its one of the great sources to find out all possible resources. Because it is impossible to predict human talent directly, to judge it, it is necessary to adapt some methods for talent acquisition, which were explained with the help of models and equations for Situational Leadership implementation.
