On the other hand, the ordinary people, seeing themselves as pragmatic and out of theories, get driven by the old economists thinking. Liviu C Andrei made economic studies and Ph.D., does research and teaching since 1991 in the Romanian Academy, SNSPA University and abroad, in the Universities of Vilnius, Lithuania, Tampa, Florida, US, Bath, UK, and Folkuniversitetèt, Malmö, Sweden. 'Global Finance' of New York mentions him as a 'Who's Who...' in international finance in 1999.
